Information we collect in the qualification flow
Our qualification tool collects only the minimum information needed to check service availability: your homeowner or authorization status, the type of service you are requesting, a general problem description, the ZIP code for the affected property, and optionally general timing information. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number in this flow.
Session storage
Your qualification answers are stored temporarily in your browser's session storage so your progress is not lost if you refresh the page. This information is not permanently stored on our servers and is cleared when you close your browser tab, unless an administrator later enables permanent storage of this data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymous, aggregate usage of this website, such as which pages are viewed and which qualification steps are completed. We do not send personal contact information to our analytics provider.
UTM and GCLID tracking
When you arrive from a search or advertising link, we may capture UTM parameters and Google Click ID (GCLID) values from the URL to understand which marketing sources are effective. This information is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage and may be included with anonymous analytics events.
Cookies
This website may use cookies set by our analytics and advertising-conversion providers (Google Analytics, Google Ads). We do not use social-media advertising pixels or retargeting cookies.
Call tracking
Phone calls placed through numbers displayed on this website may be tracked and routed using call-tracking technology provided by our advertising partner, Marketcall, to measure which marketing sources generate calls and to route calls toward participating, independent providers.

Qualification answers are not permanently retained in the initial version of this website. Anonymous analytics events may be retained by our analytics provider according to their standard retention policies.
No sale of sensitive health information
We do not sell any information collected through this website, including information related to water damage or mold conditions that may be considered sensitive.
