Home Damage Connect

Provider Disclosure

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Home Damage Connect is an advertising and connection service. We help homeowners check whether an independent service provider may be available in their area for a new water damage restoration or mold remediation request. Please read the following carefully.

We are not the contractor

Home Damage Connect is not a contractor, restoration company, mold remediation company, insurance company, or emergency-response provider. We do not perform any restoration or remediation work.

Providers are independent

Any provider you connect with through this website is an independent business. Providers are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Home Damage Connect, and Home Damage Connect does not supervise, direct, or control their work.

Providers determine pricing and availability

Home Damage Connect does not set, estimate, or guarantee pricing for any service. The provider you connect with is responsible for evaluating the property, determining pricing, and determining their own availability and capacity to take on a project.

We do not guarantee licensing or insurance

Home Damage Connect does not verify or guarantee that any provider is currently licensed, bonded, or insured. Homeowners are responsible for independently verifying that a provider furnishes the license and insurance required for the work being performed before agreeing to any work. See our Contractor Verification Checklist.

Calls may be tracked and routed

Phone numbers displayed after qualification may use call-tracking technology to measure which sources generate calls and to route calls toward participating providers. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on call tracking.

Availability varies

Availability varies by ZIP code, provider participation, capacity, and demand, and can change at any time. Completing the qualification steps checks current availability but does not guarantee that a provider will be able to take on your project.
